Let’s settle this right now. Crusader Bridenbrad is a questline in Icecrown about a dying Argent Crusader. Where did he passed on after his departure?
Lightlands
Shadowlands [specific covenant?]
My bet: Lightlands. His spirit was taken by the Naaru after all.

The least I can say is that I really hope that if they show us the other planes as well, the Light one won’t be called the Lightlands.
You have a better name, perhaps?
Not something off my head right now, I admit that. Though I do feel like the word “holy” has a high chance to be used, and so too I think that the word “land” or it’s plural does not have to be used. Think it can be more creative ^^

Considering how it’s about a real life employee/relative who died I doubt they’ll expand on the story.
Shadowlands itself doesn’t make sense. In Azeroth, at least, mortals are the result of the Curse of Flesh so why would they have an afterlife.
Empyrean Cradle/heaven/Domain?
Not all mortals. But the afterlife was filled with robots so in that regard it does make sense.
Every time they expand lore it comes down to the Titans made it and it succumbed to the Curse.
Look at dragons, they were elementals and the titans made them.
The Eternal Ones were administrators though not souls sent to their ‘after life’.
And that is getting very tired, old, and boring.
And? What stops sentient machines from having souls and getting an afterlife?
I should probably get back on topic…

I vote for the Land o’ Light.

Lightlands
dear god
please don’t tell me that’s a thing worthy of another expansion

Shadowlands made me appreciate being a warlock even more, because a “side effect” of us using fel is that our souls burn out and we don’t actually end up in an afterlife.
Gul’dan is the way.
According to Steve Danusers statement, the Naaru intervened and “yanked him out of the normal cycle to do something different”.
So if we ever see him again (in the Lands of Light?), he will probably reshaped or at least be Lightforged.
…and everything bad leads to the Old Gods/Void Lords.
Kentarro:
Zereth Lux?
Ahem. Zereth Lucis.
Sorry
Had to
P.S. Lightlands
i’ll give into my have to also.
name is to similar to hildebrand and such a character wouldn’t be welcome in “heaven”.
