Who would you like to see return in WoW The Last Titan?
I have high hopes we’ll see Little Orphan Roo again. We saw the return of Salandria the Belf Orphan, and with the return to Northrend and the Roo children’s week quest back in WoTLK showing that he ends up becoming High Oracle, I could see him being part of a side quest line.
Medivh. He was never mentioned since warcraft 3 ( oh right the clip in his tower with Khadgar but that was not him ).
Zappy Boi, he shall save us at the most crucial moment.

The Shadowlands were merely a setback.
No he is not. In the book he transformed into a Raven and flew away from the tower and in warcraft 3 he was warning about dalaran’s fall but nobody listened.
He is out there.
He disappeared after Warcraft 3. Aegwynn only resurrected him shortly to warn Azeroth of the Legion. He didn’t play any role in the story ever since. All what remains is his shade now and that rests in Karazhan.
And that’s why I want to see him again.
He is out there and blizzard need to use him again. One of the OG characters.
During Legion Medivh briefly manifested in the flesh at the top of Karazhan to help Khadgar seal a Legion rift.
He flew off into the Twisting Nether to fight greater cosmic threats…
…probably found something important than a backwater planet that bianually faces End of the World scenarios

If the scattered Drakkari come back to retake ZD, then it’d be cool if Rokhan helps them out. Also gives a reason for them to become Horde allies and then Blizzard just slaps blue hues onto the trolls and calls it a day.
Didn’t he feature in the Karazhan mega dungeon?
I mean it would be nice for him to redeem himself, just don’t know if Lor’themar’s philosophy of bridging the issues between the elves will apply to him.

Sure, but they are while knowing ancient gnoll secrets just the self-proclaimed monarch of the Gnolls
They are like Joshua Norton, who proclaimed himself "Emperor of these United States, Protector of Mexico " (tho San Francisco kinda played along)
Illidan for sure, it’s granted he will come back, given we’ve literally left him with Sargeras and the Titans.
