So just moved to Hyjal EU realm, heard it was “FUN” in pvp. Every bg is guaranteed lose for alliance since there are russian (yes, not surprising) premades farming honor.
Is there any way you can dodge full premade bis team? as braindead as they can be, they only pick full gear ppl and have some sort of coordination nevertheless.
Sadly the best alternative you have it’s Battlegrounds Blitz, sure some can queue duo (dps and healer) but it is the closest-best alternative you have, or you can join with your guildies, community partners or Battle.net friends and form up a 5 man group premade if necessary.
You can detect them during the BG waiting time and log on another character.
Until Blizz fixes premades (if they ever do… 
), your best bet is Rated Solo BGs.
It’s basically a BG mode where rounds are shorter, rewards more conquest and honor, and you get elite PvP tmog just for playing (if you win). 
And people tend to care more about actually winning, rather than “just having fun in mid killing each other” like they do in Random BGs.
I don’t do arena, so it’s nice to finally have a BG mode where we can get rating, since the “old” Rated BG mode is some of the most neglected and HORRIBLE piece of content in WoW…
Even managed for the first time ever to get my Elite tmog on my Priest, Shaman, and Death Knight. 
I don’t see any premade.
