Problem with changing professions and recipe drops

Dear Forums,

I changed from Blacksmithing to Alchemy and am unable to receive the dropped recipe.

I have the recipe for both Engineering and had gear crafted as Blacksmithing so it is not a content/quest lock issue.

I have opened a ticket but quite frankly an 11 day response time is beyond ridiculous for a game I pay for.

Please assist in this matter.
