The world quest for Waycrest Guard’s Cloak is up in Drustvar for the next 17 hours. It is not up all that often and you can get the cloak only from world quests in that specific zone or Drustvar equipment emissaries, so I suggest you go for it today if you’re interested!

EDIT: The cloak WQ is apparently only there for Alliance chars. The appearance will save for the Hordies if you do it on Alliance, though.

So, I have this cloak unlocked, even though I have no Alliance characters that are even remotely close to lvl 100.
There must be a way for Horde to obtain it. Perhaps a world quest or one of those quests that happen in dungeons?
Need some smarter people to figure out where on the loottable you can find it for Horde players. But it is definitely there.
The world quest can generate Horde-side too, I think. It just isn’t there today, and the dates seem to not overlap.
A cloak that doesn’t cover the shoulders and wrap around the upper arms is no cloak at all, it’s a cape. I long for the introduction of the true cloak!
