Then we immediately forgot about the plot angle that N’Zoth is filling our heads with lies except for the one quest where we bomb our own guys and are instantly forgiven.

Ah, yes, only Sylvanas felt empty and hollow after bieng risen by Arthas, thus it’s logical she turned evil.
Unlike the bazillion Forsaken and Death Knights who basicly turn into undead variants of their living selves and just try to make a life for themselves and didn’t feel anything after bieng risen.
I dislike the story as most others, but that bit of cursed and retconed lore still holds up. The souls that seem to be split up that way have been those directly killed by Arthas while wielding Frostmourne instead of just those raised as undead.

Even if they’re not really ruining Arthas… I wish they talked far less about him. God, there are so many callbacks of him that’s it’s just irritating. Yeah we get it, it’s literally the best story arch you’ve written and its only sanctity at this point is that you didn’t ruin him… Like you’ve ruined so many others.

Tbqh, Baelgun, Gavinrad and the other dude didn’t seem so fine to me when I was gathering Frostmourne’s shards to make my artifact 
I would call that justifiably mad since you were making Frostmourne 2.0. I’d be mad in their shoes.
Of course I’d be mad in the Deathlord’s shoes too, since we were promised Frostmourne and got toothpicks.

The players are assumed absolute fools that cannot pick up on contextual clues. There still being a debate on the parallels in Warbringers: Sylvanas to show how she’s become who she hated only confirms this.

Just how many souls arrived in the Shadowlands wounded Uther-style without stirring up a fuss? Arthas killed a whole lot of people personally.
ngl I rather they had Shadowmourne become either Bolvar or Darion’s weapon then have it sit forgotten in some limbo-hole like the rest of the Legendary/artifact weapons.
Gods, how mighty it would’ve been to see Darion wield Shadowmourne will the 3 other Horsemen would’ve carried any of the other artifacts into battle…
