So anyway, I think that they set up Uther as the example for a soul divided early on and his reconciliation with his choices and healing as a central part of the plot and themes leading into Sylvanas’ situation.
The problem is that most of this story is Kyrian specific, again demonstrating how covenants failed as a concept.
Sylvanas was getting soul merged into a complete person at some point or another but the therapy couch is utterly tone deaf to her prior characterization. Then again, she’s demonstrably stupid enough to be led along by obvious villain Zovaal for years.
