Purify disease - spell how use

I play both Shadow and Discipline.

I unsure how use Purify disease for remove from myself and allie party.
What color from frame tell me can use this spell?
Green? Purple? Blue?

Blue = Magic
Purple = Curse
Green = Disease
Red = Bleed

Then I see mine and party’s green frame. I clicked purify disease them.
But nothing dispell it.

How I did wrong?

Green is poison, disease is dark red ish - brown with skull icon.
