Everything you are naming is the consequence of your own personal choice. Bearing those consequences is what people call ‘responsibility’.
If you want that to change then petition Blizzard to do something about the imbalance between factions or between gear in casual PvP. I for one am an advocate for not letting gear matter at all in casual PvP. It would be more fun if everyone was on a level playing field to start with. Causing new problems to solve old problems is a poor tactic and ruining other peoples games because you want to avoid taking responsibility for your own choices is a very poor one at that.
I have played Alliance during Vanilla, TBC and Wrath. Leveling became plenty easy along the way to be pretending that you are stuck playing one faction. So yes, if you can not live with the consequences of playing Alliance within the ruleset and mechanics that game allow…you should have rolled horde. All these premades effectively do is diverting the consequences of personal choice on to an entire community.

Make big part of pvp comunity reroll horde, causing faction imbalance and a Snowball effect (This is why horde got 15 minutes queue).
This has led to active pvp people in the alliance banding together in premades to overcome the handicap.
Roll alliance if you don’t want to play against allies premades and stop bothering other people with your pathetic behavior.

People left alliance after EMFH nerfing and start rerolled horde due best racials, creating an snowball effect.
40% of people over 2200 are orc, you have to count others horde races, thats means horde got more geared people.
That make more and more people reroll horde, this is why you got 15 min queues, and this is why alliance is complete dominated in Epic BG (And not in normal BGs thanks to the pvp communities).

There wasn’t EPIC BG synchronized premades in WOD or MOP on alliance, or if there were, I don’t know, because I never played or saw one until I start to play BFA and somehow alliance start to lose every EPIC.
These 2200 also play random bgs, if you haven’t noticed. Most people from alliance pvp comunities are 1800-2000 or glad people. I have also seen alot from the horde with elite gear in random Bgs, and HOTA people playing casual Bgs.
That is pure and cheap sensationalism.
If they are tired and join a Bg after 8 hours of work, I join in Bgs after 12 hours works and I don’t feel like wasting my time with pugs and 30k HP mercenaries
