Game was on its peak when it was not about alliance vs horde. Once they started same old boring thing orcs vs humans it went downhill with subs.
what blood elves had become after consuming FEL magic. But they are not as you described.
I wish the Midnight expansion would add the alliance high elves.

No. We are Horde and proud of that. Blizzard will not force millions of players get out of their current team just because you feel entitled to own all their current stuff. You are an obvious troll and very annoying.
and the horde is nothing - Sylvanas. This is really accurate. If not elves horde would be dead by now. Taurens should move to alliance and elves to the third faction.

There is nothing wrong with how the factions are set up. In fact the belfs joining the Horde is probably the reason why you still get to play this game cause if the Horde was allowed to die, the whole game would have died with it.

You don t know what blood and even high elves are. High elves was always magic addict, with fel or not.
You can easily see it with warcraft 3 campaign with kael thas BEFORE Blood elves used Fel.

The important word there is fanatical.
Most high elf fans are either happy as they are with the option on Void Elves (though they wouldn’t balk at additional or its own AR because who would?) or only want a few more things like tattoos, hairstyles, feather adornments… or an option to change the name placard.
Much of that is fairly simple stuff that wouldn’t greatly change anything and mostly be aesthetic at best.
The fanatical high elf fans are the ones who feel like Silvermoon is somehow rightfully Alliance when its just not… its the home of the Blood Elves… their country is allied with the Horde like it or not. To take it for the “high elves” would just be stupid.
Now in Midnight I could see a soft neutrality, but thats just how the Alliance and Horde are right now… and I doubt it will be more than that.

We want a a playable race we’ve been asking since like 2004, before blood elves let alone void elves were added, it’s as simple as that.
Just having a VE customization for HE feels quite out of place if you engage in the slightest piece of RP, because VE are in many cases the opposite of HE:
Quel’dorei never got stained with either fel magic or void magic, they wield holy light power in its most pristine form (i.e. without assistance of Naaru or any other external power), they put their ideals, morality and ethics above mere survival instincts. Also since they were cut off from the power of Sunwell, I think they got closer to nature than either of other Thalassian elves.
And simply how VE racials works, they easily betray you as Void Creature no matter what customization you select.
As for the city, I’d be most happy to see a new city built by Quel’Dorei, asking for Silvermoon neutral / swapped to alliance is as impractical as it’s unnecessary.
And I personally don’t want Silvermoon to be neutral, I am tired of this neutrality BS that kills all the flavors.

You could absolutely restore Shandaral in Northrend and use that as the new High Elf city.
Combine the ancient Highborne style with the High Elf Arcane Sanctums and you’ve got a full Quel’dorei paradise, embracing both the older Quel’dorei (Highborne Night elves) and the new Quel’dorei (the playable High Elves.)
Silvermoon and Quel’Thalas actually does more harm than good for the High Elves because they aren’t their own people. They aren’t their own identity. They’re just tag-alongs for Blood Elves.
I honestly do think that Crystalsong Forest and the city of Shandaral are the best locations for the High Elves. The setting works, especially for the Last Titan. The vibe works because it can encompass the “High Elf Frost Mage” idea and still give room for a strong High Elf Priest and High Elf Ranger/Warrior vibe.
I’m not quite content with just giving more options for Void Elves, but I think this is the option I have to settle with, long term.
I would prefer a High Elf playable race, but it’s got to be totally void of all things “Silvermoon” and “Quel’Thalas.” The High Elves must be the race that are changed in order to make them playable. It’s not for Blood elves and Void elves to be changed.
These few and far between, fanatics should absolutely be called out for their idiocy. Ideally, they should be called out by the moderate High Elf fans who know exactly what it will take for a playable high elf race.
People like Shakim and Moontear do deserve the flak that they get.
