I started name change appeal by making a ticket and since the name is flagged i cant actually play the game. Can i call the char name with some temp name while i wait for the process to end or will they ask for more money to revert the name to its original state?

If your characters name was changed as it was in breach of our naming policy you would be prompted to choose a new character name when you next login.
This does not change the circumstances of any appeal that you may lodge. If your appeal is successful then the name would be reverted back.
If its a name on Argent Dawn, and your name doesnt fit the policy, it wil eventually get flagged.
