Does pve fire mages ever cast Rune of Power outside the instant one you get with Combustion when you have the rop talent?
On cd pretty much unless your holding it for something
Just make Incanters’s flat 10% damage buff without that stupid damage increase and decrease crap and I will never need to even consider anything else again. Mage is a kiter Class and they cram stuff like Rune in them… Game has way too much damage multipliers.

Yes yes. Remove all damage multipliers and buff all mage damage flat 10% and remove this Talent Tier and put somthing more useful into it like CC or movement abilities. 10% damage buff was suggestion for current game since damage multipliers still exists. There should be none just complex gameplay.

Rune is more complex gameplay, you just don’t like it. Try BM hunter.
