So currently queueing for unrated bg, epic bgs and the new mode of the fast matching. Typicvally i wait 10+ minutes between the games.
Why it takes so long? and I do play healer which 'I Thought it will give me faster queue times

I think maybe too many modes are rolling at the same time.
bg’s, ebg’s, skirmish, brawl, blitz. Thats 5 non-rated.
Than you got rated 2vs2, 3vs3, Rbg’s, Solo Shuffle. Thats another 4.
Also it depends on what side has biggest pvppopulation (allie vs horde).
When theres more allies qeueing for non-rated the qeue time for allies go up.
I played a little horde a few weeks ago and qeue times were much shorter.
Its been the opposite for many years, until they let horde/allie play together m+ and raids. So im guessing alto of people have been bored of being forced tok play horde for m+/raids/ratedpvp and have now migrated back to allie and making casual pvp qeue times go up ^^
So queuing as dps for a fast bg game seems to be a 10 minute wiaitng time. As a healer is just 5. But heck I do not want always to be healing
by design, the Q time is almost more or less the same, why do you think that is?
Cause no one is waiting? Or as long as u wait, u are online, and u play
