R.I.O is STILL a Wall infront of players

For new Comers and Guildless people , R.I.O is still preventing people from enjoying content . You can Study all theory crafting you want and work on your DPS / rotation until you improve . BUT you will NEVER BE ACCEPTED AS A GOOD PLAYER until your R.I.O is acceptable by Elitist who DEMAND this figure that ( in their eyes ) classifies you as a good or bad player …

You could do a +12 / +13 Key every week only to end up with :

A Low R.I.O Score which people will only see and then assume you are bad , I DO NOT WANNA PUSH KEYS BEYOND +12 , i have no time nor i care , and this will only come back to punish any player like me who is trying to do weekly Mythic +

How Come Blizz did not look into this yet ?

whats Next ? have a R.I.O system for Island Expeditions and Random Battlegrounds ?

We need an answer from Blizzard !

Why should Blizzard look into it?

You can make like minded contacts and friends. If you can’t be bothered with that then run the lottery of raiderio, its not BLizz’s job to force people to take you into groups.

Aoh dear God …

“For new Comers and Guildless people” Hey it’s a game where you play with people. You talk to people, you ask them if they want to play, you open post on forum to say “hey hey I’m looking for peeps with the same experience to play” Thank me later :3

If you only do weekly why not just do your own key every week? Or do those pesky Rio elitists prevent you?

Because i can choose from 6 million dps when im q with my key and i have to separate them somehow and easier to do it wirh rio than checking armory …
Btw why do you want to do 11,12,13 keys or above if not for rio and more score? There are no other reason…

PPl want score for 10+ than do a lvl 9 keys 5 ilvl lower drop …
You can find weekly runs wih no score limit ? Why wont you try to pick up with one of these runs?
Why do u want to join a group where they asking for score? Why dont you start ur group with ur key? Any friends?

AOh dear god…

Dungeon success rate would be much lower if rio doesn’t exist so the majority of players are profiting of this system. How else would you filter players if rio isn’t there? Tell me, op…

Plenty of groups up without requirements. There are even whole communities for that.

Nobody is forced to play with you if they can make their own group, that is how it is and that is how it will stay. So others prob enjoy M+ more due to rio. It goes both ways.

Mostly not RIO, but META. I will take rogue/DH experienced instead of others in my key, coz its much easier to finish dungeon with that classes. If no one takes me as UDK I understand it, its ok. I see when people take undergeared unexperienced rogue because of mass stealth and cc-s. In most of the cases if are DPS u have only 1 spot to get in and nobody guarantees that it will be you.

P.S. Do u remember the words? "Bring the class, not the player"©

honest i agree rio wall but good wall mean like u got 15 u dont want some noob cake u group fak up u run right if u push for score ?

Its like irl. Somebody promises you he is an excellent specialist, a profi, he graduated from university but he has no working exp yet.

The other applicant also is a graduated student but with a 1.5 year working exp.

Who are you going to offer the job?
Same in game. Experience is a must.

you should see how often my tank gets declined, even kicked after an invite to a raid. still having 6/8h and curve from the other char.

those crazy people who want curve for invite and still never make it past 3/8h exist too.

i dont even bother anymore

My friend, please let us hear about the “good player” from your perspective. What is he good at?

Is he good at completing achievements in the obsolete content? Best at fishing? godlike at auction house?
Sadly, it’s all irrelevant in pve.

As a matter of fact, I’ve never-ever encountered a good player, who had been walled from m+ by rio. Though, I’ve met plenty of those, who consider themselves “skillful” w/o any reason.

good player know wat to do he know his class he know dungen in and out he know ever skip he cen play any class or anyting make work even worst class

So what would you suggest? I mean Rio is far from perfect but it’s an easy way to gauge player experience

Push your own key ,make your own group and invite all this low score people who only want weekly cap then .

Do you thing all this people tryharding keys for weeks gonna invite you so you can do your weekly chest easy ?
NO , they tryhard for gear , residuum and season achievement… They are not obliged to carry people who only want to do weekly cap.

if you run your +12 weekly like you said, you will end up having high enough rio for getting invited to other +10s
it is often not the rio but more the spec choice that limit your invitations to pugs. PUGs only play meta, sorry if you are not one of the 5-6 specs that currently are top tier

He’s clearly godlike, never having lost a warfront ect.
To be fair, the game never really shows people how bad they are till they start doing raids and M+, until then, everything in the game gives the message that the player is clearly a god.
So OP might honestly think he’s a good player

Rio is a good tool to pick players who at least have had experience in the said dungeon. I don’t want to be stuck when someone leaves or wasting time with players who are doing said dungeon on a said difficulty for the first time. There are a lot of people who only do one higher key every week, so their experience is minimal. To distinguish experienced vs inexperienced players I have no other better tool than rio ATM.
If you feel like it’s a hurdle I can only suggest to find a guild that does a lot of M+ or look for people who are in a similar situation as you and form a group to do M+ together.
