It's likely that for the older tiers it's outdated, yes, as at the time I only updated what was posted or every x weeks I look at the top rankings on wowprogress. With a new tier out it's a bit harder/more effort to look back at previous tiers for every top guild as well. It's also why I'm a little slower with the current top 10 guilds as I don't update it every day. Will be adjusting now, though, thanks for the mention!
