I have chosen the mouse I am getting it will be the Logitech G903 lightspeed, it is great for a lefty! 
My question, the free wheel spin, is there any use for it in WoW? , basically you can flick the mouse wheel forward and it will continuously spin
not really, but the fancy scroll wheel on my g604 (presume it’s the same) is fantastic for browsing. i unlock it to scroll long pages, and then even when it’s locked it gains momentum so you can scroll very quickly, which other scroll wheels don’t. absolutely love it. but wouldn’t say it has any application in wow that i’ve noticed.
