The gentleman above successfully fits in with the Horde. I imagine all the orcs are asking where to get these shoulders ;) Not my favourite style but it works, 7/10 (so much armor probably gets in the way of being class-appropriately Blindingly Fast)

That waist looks horribly uncomfortable. Even his facial expression fits. Never noticed that on male Nightelves.
Anyway for the mog itself it's just standard DH gear. Nothing special imo.
