I’m posting here because I have been unable to open a support ticket for this issue. The support website continually redirects me back to the help categories, and there doesn’t appear to be any way to contact a Game Master regarding PvP-related issues. If this is intentional, I’d appreciate confirmation, as there seems to be no avenue to request a review of what appears to be a gameplay bug.
Today’s Rated Battleground Blitz ended with me losing ~150 rating due to what I believe was a technical issue.
Character: Senrog (Shaman)
Realm: Ravencrest (EU)
What happened (around 40 mins ago):

I died during the match.

I never received the normal Release Spirit prompt.

Another player cast a resurrection on me.

I clicked Accept.

Instead of being resurrected, I was immediately removed from the battleground and teleported out.

I received no error message.

I did not receive a Deserter debuff.
When the battleground ended, my rating dropped from 1870 to 1711, a loss of 159 rating, despite not intentionally leaving the match.
I’m trying to climb the Rated Blitz ladder, so losing this amount of rating because of what appears to be a bug is extremely discouraging. To receive back this rating I need 8 wins. including the queue time as well as the match time, thats well over 5hours of play. The community “spamming you to penalize leavers” as replies like this I find at similar threads, did not mean players to be removed by server issues and then being penalized.
Could a Blizzard representative please review the server logs for this match and confirm what happened? If this was indeed a technical issue that caused my removal from the battleground, I would like my rating loss to be reviewed and, if possible, restored.
