Realm-Transfer of a Second Evoker?

I don’t know if I’m in the right place to ask, but someone else posed the question to me and I have absolutely not idea. Evokers are currently limited to one being made per realm, and so the question is this:

Player has an Evoker on Realm X.

Player levels another Evoker on Realm Y.

Can the player realm-transfer the Evoker from Realm Y to Realm X, and so have two Evokers on one realm?

Yes, you can transfer an evoker to the realm where you already have one. And I did it myself. Limit ‘one evoker per realm’ applies only to creation of a new one. And it was the same with DHs back in Legion.
