not sure, but couple weeks ago they buffed subtlety and now I think they silently nerfed it. Shadowstrike was 100% DMG IN PVP NOW i SEE 90% Any info? Same with eviscerate, it has 85% only instead of 100%… Did blizz brought the nerfs back without telling anyone?
