Long ques is actually a good thing because it prevents us to have a burnout.
Players would feel tense and toxic if ques were fast, there would be no time for us to mentally cool down after a match.
Long ques does the work and gives us a mental reset.

the issue is that 3v3 is dead and shuffle is dumb. There is nothing more stupid than to queue with random comps.

Mental reset? You still get the same clowns 30min later only to drop even more. I want consistent queues. Those who are mentally prepared are locked in and ready to go.
