Renewed my subscription but it says it is expired

Hello, my subscription would expire today and I changed my payment method beforehand to ensure it would renew successfully. However, it now says my subscription expired, even when I changed my payment method I got an e-mail confirming it. I already tried to change it again to no avail.
Is it possible to get some feedback on this?

Not via the forums. They can’t, for what should be obvious reasons, discuss payment issues on open forums, aside from generic trouble shooting.

You need to make a ticket for anything more detailed.

It’s important to note that the confirmation email is just for the subscription plan itself. Actual payments won’t be attempted until your current game time runs out.

In this case it sounds like the subsequent payment didn’t go through when it was time.
