Renown stuck. PVP vendor requires renown 7, meanwhile I am renown 11

Hello Guys,

I am renown 11. When I am trying to upgrade my pvp gear - the pvp vendor says that I need Renown 7, before I can be able to upgrade. Like I said I am Renown 11 already. Should I wait or just quit, spotted in the forum that people waiting 30 days before ticket review.

There is a quest in your covenant area that gives you the renown 7 availability from pvp vendor.
