Hey guys, I think with this build Resto Shaman should have no problem healing like a boss with some wonderful utility, mana sustain and even some DPS! This is the build I will play.
I am focused heavily on healing and utility with DPS being completely unimportant to myself. Resto Shaman has been S-Tier in Shadowlands and I think this build will keep it there!
EDIT: OK, FINALLY…i think this build is as good as I can get for a S+ Tier healing combo. I might make a video later telling you how to use Resto Shaman!
