for few hours I cant get into game cause I am stuck on Retrieving character list with black screen across that text ‘‘Retrieving character list’’ ,and Yesterday was playing game as usual , all my friends doesn’t have that kind of issue . have tried all the steps provided by blizzard and still can’t do anything. Would be greatfull if some of Blizzard could tell me anything usefull instead of being in support page trying to talk to Bot without any chance to get real person help
