i would like to ask regarding returning to game with Panderia datadisk owning only. Which games i need to buy to have full content?
Recently i bought Battle of Azeroth, which my account show me to buy.
Do i need something more?

Welcome back! 
Similar to when you last played, you need gametime to play the full World of Warcraft game. To check out your account again and revisit your old characters, you would just need to add gametime.
For the “full content” experience, you can indeed purchase the available expansion Battle for Azeroth. You mentioned already buying that, so just register the CDkey on your account (make sure the correct World of Warcraft account is selected) and enjoy it to the fullest.
