ITEM: NO BURGEONING BATTLEFIELD FUROR FROM PVP CHEST
INFORMATION: Due to how eligibility for this item is calculated, nobody will receive any Burgeoning Battlefield Furor in the first week of Season 4. -
QUEST: “SOULBOUND”. EVADING NPC
UNDER INVESTIGATION: We received several reports regarding the evading NPC from the quest “Soulbound” and we’re looking into it. -
DISCONNECTS IN HORRIFIC VISIONS
If you disconnect in a Horrific Vision, Customer Support can not assist with any reimbursments of Vessel of Horrific Visions.
Please try the general steps here to address the disconnections -
AUCTION HOUSE DELAYS
HOTFIXED: Most of the issues regarding delays on the Auction House mail deliveries should be resolved. If you still experience issues, please wait a few hours to allow the mails to be delivered. Nothing is lost and the items or gold should eventually arrive. For more info, check this article -
ACHIEVEMENT: "THE MECHAGONIAN THREAT"
VISUAL ISSUE: We received reports of players not having the achievement “The Mechagonian Threat” completed when visiting the Alliance Embassy and clicking on the Mechagnome banner. This is a visual issue that it’s being worked on. If you meet all requirements you should be able to start the quest to unlock the allied race, regardless of what the banner states.
