Am I really THAT unlucky?

I have been trying to get the Legendary bow from Sunwell platua and let me tell you if I see that place again I will literally go insane.

I even memorized every word/dialogue said in that dungeons…

I have been doing it with 3 characters each week (2 hunters, 1 Warrior) and no luck so far. Been doing it since… may 2020 I think.

And the ONE time it actually dropped was on my MAGE. WHAT!

Isn’t the drop rate 7% or something? That’s pretty high compared to other items… I mean… ughh…

Considering I have horrible luck with 60% drop rate items I can kiss this legendary bow goodbye. I am DONE trying. It’s not even worth it. Doesn’t even have Quivers

I’m just sad over the 300-400+ Times I’ve went in there and wasted my time for nothing.

Don’t feel bad, I spent 3 years trying to get it, and eventually gave up. Still it’s not as bad as the 17 characters every day for many years trying to get the love rocket mount, which I got last year.

Listen to good music while doing the run, I recommend some really nice black metal. Ask me for band names if you’re interested :slight_smile:

I do listen to music sometimes but it doesn’t help that I’m not getting anything at all after 300-400 tries, with a 7% drop.

And my friend has the nerve to tell me he got it on his 4th try :cry:

Pop on some finnish black metal, drop rate goes up by atleast 0.01% trust me.

There’s always that one thing that never seems to drop.

And some things that seem to drop instantly or very quickly.

For me, the thing that never seems to drop is the argus mythic mount. for months, i did it with multiple characters across factions. I didn’t even see it be dropped ONCE. to anyone for that matter. not just me.

Then there was the case of invincible, which took me like 30 or so attempts and i know some are farming it for a decade and still don’t have it.

just keep at it. eventually it drops.

You arent lucky, is just the game bad designed, loot drop rate in general is crap. 1/5 dungeons i take loot so…

Please don’t call me crazy, but I highly suspect that Activision-“Blizzard” lowered the drop chances for certain accounts by a huge margin to keep them playing, because whats a better motivation in WoW than not getting your 1 second of drop-dopamine?

Call it a tin foil hat theory if you want, but I am totall convinced, that Activision-“Blizzard” fricks us over as good as they can to keep us playing since the past expansions. (Specially Legion, Bfa and SL)
