So I’ve had my rogue for an awful long time, just recently hopped back in and decided to try get this hidden arti.
Ive looked in my bank, I only have the Kingsblades from legion… my question is, can I farm the two bindings as outlaw loot spec set? ive read a few mixed things and just wondering if someone can clarify either way.

Okay so I got the dread blades and got both items drop quite quickly. Not entirely sure what to do now though. I can’t talk to the dragon in stormheim so I presume there is a quest before that. Anyone got a clue? 
For outlaw you need to do two dungeons prior which drop the items oyu need to take to the dragon to unlock the thunderfury appearance. iirc that is.
