I am an English speaker and would like to sign up for Classic Wow, but I am also living in a post soviet country. When I go to subscribe, Blizzard shows by the option to pay in Russian Rubles as a discounted price. Will this subscription allow me to play on English EU servers? If I buy an EU sub, will I be able to play from my location (Tbilisi, Georgia)?
