Learning how to read might be helpful!? Who said anything about Plaguefall or necrotic wake?
It is not a subjective opinion. Look at the numbers from the link and maybe you’ll see that the success rate is significant lower than other dungeons. Doesn’t need a higher math degree to see this.

They have been continuously nerfing it, so Blizz might actually agree and it might end up closer to the others eventually. My group did our highest key there this week and the trash nerfs implemented this reset might have made it smoother to heal (or my DPS just respected every ability more due to pushing higher). But 3/4 bosses in there are still terrifying and I might keep dodging it on tyrannical for a while.
