Me and my friend sometimes clear a small part of Scholo to get some Dark Runes for raiding/pvp/etc.
After AQ Phase release, we noticed, that Dark Runes drop rate had become too low.
As classic wowhead says, drop chance is between 30-45%.
But today we have 10-15% (if not less)!
I ran these statistics based on the week of Scholo visits, that’s why it’s not only my bad luck or subjective position.
by the way, my guildmates said, that amount of loot from Scholo bosses was cut too
