I’m in the opinion that we will have to see how it goes when we get to lvl 40. WF with DW is still a powerful tool.
As for elemental, it suffers from the problem most caster dps has:
A lot of spell ranks are locked behind the level cap of 25 (level 26/28 spells).

Ppl trying to balance the game around lvl 25, its kinda funny, everyone knows hunters are preatty good at low lvls but scale bad with gear, witch is something we also seen already. I am commenting on a thread about hotfixes btw, you might have missed that, idk.

When they increase it to 40, it will only be more broken with better gear will be available and not mention lvl 60 in mind where we know how they use to be in classic, witch we still play you know, only thing who might balance it all out is runes, but what we seen from blizzard its not like we can count on them, right?
I know they will scale the same if they dont change something, and if you are too naive to see that, well thats on you.
Like I also said, yeah we dont know what runes will come , but warriors will still scale the same with gear if something is not done about it, or you need to boost all other classes who do not scale as good with warrior in gear, thats just a fact.
