Ranks are achieved in the following way:
Rank 2 = 15 HK’s
Rank 3 = 11.250 Honor
However there is a problem with the rank calculation:
There are people with 8k or 9k honor and their rank is R2 0%, the same rank u would get from 15 HK’s.
There are people with more than 80k of honor and they are R3 0%, whilst they should be R3 99%.
Nobody has progress within a rank, everyone is at 0% progress. This is a bug with the No Decay that has been implemented and it needs to be fixed.

whats wrong with that? they didnt reached the cap so they didnt get progress
The rank 1 is 15hks (basically the 1st title cause you start at r1 anyway). R2 is 2 or 2 or 2.5k honor, saying this cause i checked a couple days ago to know how much more or less i have to play for the trinket.
But yea the bug is true. It says r2 0% for me, bought the trinket and can’t even use it. I want my 1.5g back

There are hundreds of people with R2 after 15 HK’s, works exactly the same way on Classic Era.
To equip your trinket, relog. Also same on Classic Era every single week.
You legit have no idea what you are taking about. Stay in your lane buddy. You’ve never ranked in your life.

These results are aligning exactly with how the System works since it released in 1.14.4.
In other words: There are no bugs, this is how the system was designed in 1.14.4.
