it seems to be visual bug but if u double click on this script on ptr u will se actual density (x2 lower than in this video). i will be so sad if density will be low like primal fire and not like in video(((

This is not duelist enchant. It drops from raid. Duelist one is unknown yet as far as I know.

It says nowhere in that post that it drops from the raid. The enchant is said to drop from there, not the illusion.
There might still be hope.

It does. Just below the picture it says it drops from 7th boss in the raid. Check again.

The weapon enchant yes. But it seems they are completely separate from the Illusions.
For example now we have:
ILLUSIONS: Cosmetic Only.

  • Primal Fire.
  • Primal Storm ( pvp one)
  • Primal Wind.
    Etc etc.

Enchants: Stat increase, not cosmetic.

  • Sophic Devotion.
  • Frozen Devotion.
    And all the lower ranks, etc. Etc.

So the ILLUSION might still be from PvP.
