With the upcoming change, where icicles will only generate during combat - please also seperate Glacial spike from the frostbolt.
There will be a lot of “feels bad” moments at the end of the pulls, where You don’t want to commit Glacial spike (to save it for the next pull, because during the downtime between pulls, Icicles won’t generate).
Now we will have these options:
- Fire Glacial spike at 10% HP mob and lose significant dps from the next pull
- spam unbuffed ice-lances for 2000 damage (considering no other procs available)
- /dance emoji and keep the team spirit up
With the frostbolt, we can at least spam our proc generator, and hope for the procs.
