Server/Guild for TBC

Hello everyone.

So I am searching for a semi-hardcore guild in wowtbc, but with specific requirements. Nowadays, mages are accumulating huge amount of gold for upcoming TBC servers, so I expect populated servers to have “wts boost” and all that stuff. Also, lot of people starting with half million gold at launch, will not be a good experience for me. It’s not just starting gold, it’s whole elitist mentality on the servers. Casual people will be viewed as peasants while others will be hailed as GODS of the server, with hundreds of thousands of gold in bags.

I want a casual server because of that.

You guys recommend pve server or normal population ones?
