vsync with tripple buffering + this little addon worked for me finally! So it seems that there’s also problem with showing many debuffs on nameplates for alot of targets.
Edit: nvm, in dung 4-5+ targets and huge fps drops, wtf are u doing blizz?!
Only /reload works but for really short time - around 15-30 minutes max.
