no they dont… look att the legendary for dks that extend the duration of ams by like 150%… lol this one is long gone after 2 sec… if they didtested their game, this lego would not exixt or its effect increased 300%…

Thats it, classes don’t exist, we play buttons.
You don’t play a balance or a feral druid you play convoke, you don’t play warrior you play condemn, you don’t play a mage you play combust etc
Yeah like buffing lightning shield by 415% and i bet that it will be still crap
