Shadowlands CE - Restock?

So i did something extremely DUMB,
I preordered from AMAZON, then wanted to change the delivery address so i cancelled to repurchase again…then “OUT OF STOCK”
I know, i know so stupid
My question is, do Collectors edition get restocked or should i just buy it from EBAY with a huge mark up fee from people that spam preorders?

Please advice…because i have CE since Cata and i dont want to miss on this one specially that i love the box

I would also be interested in knowing if restocks either in blizzardshop site or to international retailers are happening. Missed out on getting that CE box i wanted. :frowning:
