Two days a week, flexible on which, is exactly what we run.
Null Point, Darkspear EU, Alliance. Thursday and Saturday, 23:00 to 01:30 CEST. Late on purpose. Heroic and AOTC this season with the roster being built toward Mythic in Season 2, and keys go daily whenever people feel like it.
Resto or ele both land well here, and I say that as the resto shaman writing this, so you would never be short of someone to argue totem placement with. We are recruiting every role and every class right now, so there is no spec politics to navigate.

We raid Normal and Heroic on weekends from 21:00 to 23:00 server time, and outside of raids we regularly run Mythic+ together.
