What’s taking so long?
But what race is the trainer there?
Draenai but does it matter?
It’s likely for the Draenei Shamans that came from the Exodar.
What’s a decade to an immortal? Maybe they’re slow learners…
Yfaihyafdmad
theres every trainer at Stormwind
by your logic does that mean that Humans can be EVERY class ?
cant wait to see the human druid forms kekw
I feel like the Nelf or Gilnean refugees could of taught humans druidism by now though.
Unless there is a genuine Lore reason I dont see why most races cant have learned most classes by now (obviously things like DH and Evoker wouldnt be possible).
heck, if the elements are willing to deal with goblins then why not nelfs?
yano them hairless cats you can have as a pet ?
The Sphynx cat as feral form
“Main” reason is gameplay/what blizzard decides to add.
For a “lore” reason, I guess certain classes have certain kind of training that depends on what the lore of the class is.
This is the main reason that everyone could be a warrior, it is the most straightforward class to train (pick up a stick and fight).
Then came the hunters, rogues, mages, warlocks, monks, dks. Those are abit more weird but still able to be taught/obtained. All it takes is either some training from a master, a deal with an entity, or for you to get really unlucky in the 3rd war.
The really weird ones are shamans, druids, paladins, priests (previously). Those classes are mainly linked to a culture of a race, and many times we see different variations depending on which race they come from (examples: sunwalkers, bloodknights, drenaei shamans, goblin shamans, worgen druids, troll druids). For those, almost each race has their own “variation” of class, or maybe doctrine, that take YEARS of training to MAYBE be able to teach.
So yeah for the most weird classes, main reason is for “flavor” of the world. Blizzard still believes that the druids of darnasus did not have enough years to integrate into human society and for humans to learn the druidic ways (just an example).
I dont think its any big surprise that most of the classes left are ones that have race specific aspects (mounts, totems, forms).
At this point we all know all the old classes will be for everyone…its just a matter of when Blizzard gets round to making the race specific bits!
Sounds logical to me. Unless it takes longer to learn a craft than humans have the time for, considering they live for approximately 80-100 years in game whereas Night Elves live much longer even if they are not immortal
Not anymore
Night elves are druids not shamans. They share affinity with the animals and the forest. Not rocks.
Ohh you mean like Kul’Tiran?
They put one in every cap city in TBC for when shaman came out thats the reason.
I get the reason, but it’s still odd how not a single night elf thought “I’m gonna try that craft”
Well they did say one day they will open up more races for more classes so lets keep fingers crossed.
I laughed so hard seeing this in my head…
“OK Shaman recruits! Let me hear your battle roars! IN… One… Two… Three!”
meeeeeow…
