Would really like a couple of Priests and Rogues now. Also vacancy for a Druid and an exceptional Holy Paladin. Our Core Raid has more than the required 40 members, so we can always get a full Molten Core raid out, and we are splitting in two for Onyxia each week. So we have extra members to rotate to allow for absences.

Just to be clear, we are only running one Molten Core raid group, but we split that in two for Onyxia. We do not want to run multiple 40-man groups as this would be counter-productive to what we are trying to achieve with our community.
