Ive done 2 nyalotha raids now on normal and not gotten the 1 shred per boss. So i can only assume that this is HC now?
Anybody know? I dont remember reading any notes about this.
There seems to be a bug causing it to not drop as intended according to WowHead, so I guess just wait and see if it gets fixed any time soon.
On another note, why would you want to complete that quest an expansion too late?
I have 169/200 and just need to complete it.
