I skipped BFA on alliance side and now I am trying to get the black eye feature for elfs and I cannot trigger the quest “Whispered Winds”.
I went to Boralus, I got the achievement the one with seagul “ready to sail” or something, but the bird that should give me the quest does not give me the quest.
How can I trigger it , what am I missing…From all the videos it should trigger when I got to Boralus after you get the map table available.
You are posting on Horde character, so I can’t check your Allianc.
Is your Alliance character level 50?
Not it is not, sorry, just started ally, I am only 22 :)…Do I need to be 50 ? if yes it’s ok I am already playing with my wife so I will be there no time, just checking because I thought it was weird…
Yes, you need to be 50 before starting the endgame content of BfA, and the Night Warrior storyline is part of the BfA endgame.
So you’ll make it there eventually!
