So I was having a look through potential transmog for my belf female mage and know tested very few skirt options separate from the chest pieces, just a thought out loud if rather than give robe legs you will never see perhaps add the lower part of a Robe as a kilt or skirt option for the leg slot allowing for more customisation and rather than having chest or robe make it a trousers or skirt/kilt choice more often
I fully support this idea. Please make kilts available for male characters too, though.
