SL 60 boost comes with what?

Shadowlands boost is to 50, not 60.

With the Shadowlands-Level Character Boost, you can instantly grant one character a one-time boost to level 50, so they’re ready to begin their journey into the newest chapter of the World of Warcraft story.

Blizzard typically don’t offer a boost to the current max level until much nearer the end of the expansion.

Levelling 1-50 is SO much faster than it used to be, as well, that boosts are a lot less compelling.
