SOLVED. Game is not starting after PC reboot

Hello there. I played today quite for awhile, and suddenly after PC reboot game is not starting.

It’s just a black screen with start screen music after i hit “play” on battle net app.

What i did:

  1. I tried rebooting again, restarting BN app, deleting wow cache files, didnt help. Then i tried scan and repair, it resulted in cinematic being played with same black screen (i see nothing, just heard the cinematic sounds).

  2. Then i did uninstall game, uninstall and reinstall BN app, didin’t help. More now, even the cinematic on freshly installed game is not starting, so now there is no music, just pitch black screen.

Upd 1. Cinematic started again, but i cant skip it, Windows offers me to close wow app because “its not answering”. After cinematic ends, its gray screen which offers me to close Wow app, still “not answering”

Upd 2. even before the problem, each time i started game, i saw this notification “Your graphics card driver is not compatible. Please see … (link to bnet)”, BUT the game started fine, i did play with no problems.

Upd 3. I guess its problem with AMD videocard chips, wow cant recognize it or soemthing… trying new drivers or maximum power output from battery

Upd 4. New AMD Catalyst drivers helped! Notification disappeared.

Thank you for keeping us updated here Metroplex, happy to see it’s been sorted now.
