I main prot but use fury occasionally. I use pelegos for Prot. Is it worth using Kleia even though it’s sub-optimal for Fury as an offspec or shall I just continue to swap conduits all the time?

i think if lets say activate Pelagos for Fury then change to Prot and activate Kleia, the next time you change to Fury it will change automatically to Pelagos.

While that’s an option, Pelagos is also the best for protection with magic dmg reduction etc.
I think it depends on what content you are doing. If you are doing mythic+ maybe Mikanikos might be worth it due to the soulbind when damaging a new enemy give a stacking haste buff up to 15%.
top 300 (in mythic+) prot war here:) I use kleia and think shes great, even tho I think mikanikos with hammer of genesis would be the best overall, but I use that for fury. The mastery bonus or second potency conduit from pelagos is not too desirable for prot as our conduits are rather meh.
