How do you actually get them? I pick the quest and i world pvp, loot treasures and kill rares. Getting to 32 goes quick but then all of a sudden i get zero for days. Second week in a row i am stuck at 32…
Join LFG spark farms doesn’t take long.
Only the expedition backpacks and the dirts give them. Or maybe a few other chests. But not all. Only so called super rares drop them. The pvp chest drops them. And pvp kills award them.
Finding the packs and dirts can be hard as there is a lot of competition, but towards the end of the week, a day or two before reset its easier, as most people have already done it.
Joined an lfg and did not receive sparks from kills. After a clean reinstall of the game it suddenly works and got it done just in time 
It did not fix my raid frames that crash whenever someone leaves the group
Doing world quests in the relevant zone in warmode also gives 10 sparks a pop
Since 2 weeks in the area where i have to farm the sparks no dirt or packs are shown. When i leave the area it only takes 1 minute and i find one of them but in the questzone i can fly 30 minutes without seeing one.
